- Chef Roby has won more than 20 prestigious culinary awards including, The Grand Prize Gold Medal of Paris offered by the French First Minister Medaille Des nautes) and the Best of Show by the National Restaurant Association Culinary Salon 1988, in Chicago. At the National Pastry Team Championships in 2001 in Beaver Creek and in 2005 in Phoenix, Chef Roby's team proved they were among the country's finest pastry artists, as they impressed the judges with their themed array of pastry creations, including impressive sugar showpieces created by Chef Roby. Chef Roby's team was awarded the Bronze Medal both years.

Chef Alain Roby Completes The All-Chocolate Kitchen
Chef Alain Roby is excited to announce that the All-Chocolate Kitchen is complete! Since beginning work in September, he has spent countless hours replicating the details of his own kitchen in more than 1,000 pounds of the exclusive Barry Callebaut Chocolate.
Visitors to the All-Chocolate Kitchen will see Chef's own QCCI cabinetry, appliances, stained glass windows and other intricate components that make up his high-end kitchen. He and his wife, Esther, are grateful to the community for embracing their dream and becoming loyal customers to the showroom. Other All-Chocolate Kitchen offerings include an up-close look at some of Chef's most amazing chocolate and sugar sculptures, as well as the opportunity to purchase some of his most delectable desserts.
Each Saturday evening, Chef continues to share some of his expertise with visitors by creating sugar sculptures on-site. In addition, he continues to suprise his guests with numerous holiday fare. Also, on Mondays, guests can participate in an "All-Chocolate Tasting" that allows them to sample five of Chef's chocolate and even his own hot chocolate. A portion of all proceeds go to The Saving tiny Hearts Society.
Chef Alain Roby's All-Chocolate Kitchen is open Fridays from 12:00 until 8:00 p.m., Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., Sundays from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Mondays from 2:00 until 7:00 p.m.

Chef Alain Roby to make Halloween treats in his All-Chocolate Kitchen
This Saturday evening, Chef Alain Roby will step into the Halloween spirit and create another of his seasonal masterpieces. While there, you not only can view some of his past work, but you can also see the amazing progress he has made on his own kitchen, made from all chocolate, including tile work, range hood and a unique stained glass window, created with the help of his wife, Esther.

Chef Alain Roby to Make Autumn Cornucopia at The All-Chocolate Kitchen
Just a reminder that Chef Alain Roby again will create a sugar sculpture, Saturday evening, September 25. This week's treat is an autumn cornucopia. Be sure to visit from 6 - 7:30 p.m. to get a chance to view this beautiful piece. It will be for sale once it is completed that evening.
