Chef Roby has won more than 20 prestigious culinary awards including, The Grand Prize Gold Medal of Paris offered by the French First Minister Medaille Des nautes) and the Best of Show by the National Restaurant Association Culinary Salon 1988, in Chicago. At the National Pastry Team Championships in 2001 in Beaver Creek and in 2005 in Phoenix, Chef Roby's team proved they were among the country's finest pastry artists, as they impressed the judges with their themed array of pastry creations, including impressive sugar showpieces created by Chef Roby. Chef Roby's team was awarded the Bronze Medal both years.

Chef Alain Roby to make Halloween treats in his All-Chocolate Kitchen

This Saturday evening, Chef Alain Roby will step into the Halloween spirit and create another of his seasonal masterpieces. While there, you not only can view some of his past work, but you can also see the amazing progress he has made on his own kitchen, made from all chocolate, including tile work, range hood and a unique stained glass window, created with the help of his wife, Esther.

Chef Alain Roby to Create Roses en Ruben this Saturday, October 9 at The All-Chocolate Kitchen

Chef Alain Roby to Create Sugar Penguin Tonight at The All-Chocolate Kitchen

This evening's (Saturday, October 2) treat for all who visit Chef Alain Roby's All-Chocolate Kitchen will be a sugar penguin. He will create the masterpiece from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. and then the piece will be up for sale.
